Tools

Working with large-scale data often involves developing new tools. Since many of these tools could benefit the wider research community, we strive to make these available if possible.

Actively maintained tools

• CONCUR is a tool for calculating codon usage from Ribo-seq data and is freely available at GitHub.

Older tools

• Ciruvis [external link] was developed by Susanne Bornelöv in Prof Jan Komorowski's lab and is a tool for visualisation of rule-based classifiers. It is still functioning, but is not actively developed.
