Maliha Hakim

Maliha joined our piRNA team in September 2022 to support several ongoing projects. Her current research areas include using deep learning and single-cell genomics to provide us with a better understanding of piRNA processing and transposon regulation.


Maliha holds a BSc in Medical Laboratory Analysis and a MSc from the University of Bath in Bioinformatics.
