Anna-Maria Papameletiou

Anna-Maria joined our piRNA team in November 2022 to undertake a Masters project with us. Her work focuses on developing convolutional neural network models that enhance our understanding of how piRNA precursor sequences contribute to piRNA biogenesis.

Anna-Maria holds a BA in Biochemistry and is currently doing a MSci in Systems Biology at the University of Cambridge, UK.
